Chris Sullivan

Since 2007, Mr. Sullivan has been in the asset management industry with a background in algorithmic portfolio allocations, risk management, equity, futures, market making, and derivatives trading. Mr. Sullivan has held Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 30, 31, 66, 215, (AWMA) and (CRPC), and is a Chartered Market Technician(CMT) Mr. Sullivan began his career at Morgan Stanley and has been an entrepreneur since 2010, serving as portfolio manager of a volatility arbitrage fund, prior to co-founding Hyperion Decimus. For HD’s quant-driven multi-strategy digital asset fund, Libertas Fund, Sullivan serves as portfolio manager, designs quantitative algorithms, and leads the investment committee. As first movers in the digital asset space; Libertas Fund was one of the first hedge fund to accept allocations in Bitcoin, as well as one of the first to trade options on Bitcoin. Mr. Sullivan holds a B.A. from Emory University in History and English with a minor in Music and Micro-Economics and has completed a Blockchain Technologies course at MIT.
