Curtis has been leading and developing people since 1988. Through the years he has led large Churches in multiple states, developed leaders scattered across the U.S. and around the world, and since 2011 has been adding value as a Retirement Planner for hundreds of families and their future generations. He is an experienced leader, public speaker, holds his series 65 securities license, and is licensed for insurance and variable products in multiple states.

He has been happily married to his best friend Debra since 1988 and is fanatical about his three married sons, their wives, and seven beautiful grandchildren. He is committed to a healthy life in his faith, family, business, and his body. He has completed multiple ultra-marathons and Ironman triathlons and loves the outdoors.

As President of PFS Wealth Management Group he focuses on leading and strengthening the team and providing exceptional retirement futures for the PFS client family. Curtis believes that leadership is embodied through serving others. He has always been a man of faith, hard work, giving his best and is dedicated everyday to serving the best interests of others.
